Managing Director
BIO
De Wet holds a BAcc.LLB degree from Stellenbosch University and has 10 years’ experience in corporate and international tax. He is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa, registered Business Restructuring Professional, and registered Tax Practitioner and Director of AJM Tax.
Bobby Wessels
Consultant
Deoran Wessels, or more commonly known as Bobby, obtained the BAcc.LLB degree from Stellenbosch University in 2019. Bobby is currently studying towards a diploma in accounting at UNISA and will further his postgraduate studies commencing 2021. His focus is currently on corporate income tax and VAT.
During his time at university Bobby was elected as President of the Helderberg residence, Chairman of the Prim Committee and held an ex officio seat on the Student Representative Council.
JP Breytenbach
Director
Senior Immigration Consultant with over 10 years’ experience in Immigration. Committed to achieving results that exceed expectations, and providing clients with a world-class immigration service. To consistently invest in the talents and energies of members of staff, through continuous mentoring and training. JP holds a bachelor’s degree in Theology and Philosophy as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practices. He is an qualified solicitor of England an Wales but moved his focus to Immigration law and is currently a OISC registered consultant.
Dirk van Niekerk
Consultant
Dirk is an attorney based in Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants’ Cape Town office. He obtained both BComm Law and LLB degrees from Stellenbosch University. He has a keen interest in Business and Immigration and works alongside director JP Breytenbach to provide clients with a holistic service. Dirk’s friendly personality and assuring demeanor makes him an inviting yet formidable presence in any professional situation, aiming to provide clients with the ease of mind and reassurance when dealing with their matters.
Christopher Kinley
Managing Director of Kinley legal
Christopher is the Managing Director of Kinley legal and is both a qualified advocate in the Isle of Man and a solicitor in England and Wales
Christopher specialises in all aspects of Isle of Man immigration and British nationality law, including immigration appeals, as well as having a wealth of expertise in private client, corporate and commercial matters.
Christopher now works with clients all over the world, including those from Europe and the Commonwealth, the former Soviet Union and the Far East, as well as maintaining a local client base in the Isle of Man, where his family have lived for generations.
Lucia Goy Mastromiechele
Spanish law and immigration specialist
Goy Gentile’s Managing Partner, Lucía Goy Mastromiechele, began her career in the Tax Department of the Spanish law firm Uría Menéndez, in its Madrid offices, where she acquired experience in taxation and asset management.
Lucía has also worked as an associate in leading international law firms, including US firms Davis Polk & Wardwell and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, in their New York, London, Brussels and Madrid offices.
Thanks to her extensive experience in leading international law firms, Lucía has been part of transactions involving high levels of tax complexity and innovative heritage structures, and has acquired important analytical and negotiating skills as well as a practical, pragmatic and comprehensive approach to legal matters.
Claurita Baard
Investment specialist
Claurita is a Certified Financial Planner® and Independent Wealth Manager with Seed Investments. Claurita also holds a post-graduate diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State.
Claurita currently focusses on advising Private Clients on their investments – both locally and offshore and also the financial implications of moving abroad. In further pursuit of this great passion, she is currently furthering her studies in the United Kingdom with an Investment Advice Diploma at the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
Beulah Brown
Forex specialist
Beulah, a foreign exchange specialist at Kuda FX, started her career at Rennies Foreign Exchange, which was later acquired by the Bidvest Group. What followed for Beulah was a 20-year career at Bidvest Bank, where her last role was team leader of the account managers, managing the Global Payment Online trading platform.
Beulah started at Kuda FX in June 2020. Kuda FX is focussed on the conversion of offshore allowances into Dollar, Sterling, Euro and other currencies for transfer abroad. With extremely competitive rates, Kuda FX also assist with your SARS tax clearance applications and then move your money to your nominated account abroad.
